Convenient location and direct access to MRT & supermarket. We loved the ease of access to public transportation and the convenience of having a supermarket nearby for any necessities we needed. It made exploring the city so much easier without having to worry about transportation or finding basic essentials.

The staff here were amazing, always welcoming and willing to help. The amenities provided such as 24-hour room service and laundry were very useful, making my stay more comfortable. The room itself was very clean and had everything I needed, including tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. The staff even offered me a welcome drink upon my arrival which was a really nice touch.

Amazing experience. Loved the two complimentary laundry items and breakfast spread. Great central location with easy connectivity to malls and tourist spots. the rooftop pool and outside area were splendid and offered breathtaking views of the city.

The room could have been maintained better. the faulty lightings and shower head did cause inconvenience.

Loved the hotel for its wellness theme, the exclusive Club experience, and the elegant accommodations. And let's not forget the night markets nearby, so many things to buy! Oh, and the 24-hour gym for all those late-night workouts, because who needs sleep anyway?
