As longer term business travelers, we were impressed with the comfortable bed and quiet room at the hotel. The clean and safe environment provided the perfect place to rest and recharge before our early flight. Having a bathroom in our room was a great convenience after a long flight, and the included breakfast offered excellent Asian-style food.

The Ambassador Transit Hotel at Terminal 2 exceeded our expectations in every way. the location was excellent, and we loved the ambience of the reception area. the room was clean and well-equipped, and we were especially impressed by the lounge, which offered a wide variety of delicious food and drinks. the staff, including the hotel operations manager, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond when my son had a small accident. Their service and customer support were truly world-class. the convenience and friendliness of the staff made our stay even more enjoyable. We were even warned about renovation work ahead of time. Breaking up our long trip and being able to rest, sleep, and shower was a fantastic experience. Plus, breakfast was included in our rate, which was an added bonus.

I didn't have to leave the airport and go through customs, which saved a lot of time and stress. They also included free toothbrush and toothpaste, which was a nice touch. the beds were firm and perfect for getting a few hours of sleep before my next flight.

Convenient true overnight stopover in airport, efficient check-in, clean quiet room. Very comfortable overnight stay for early morning flight, decent sized room for family of four, nice shower, very quiet. Good quality buffet breakfast at the Ambassador Transit Lounge adjacent to hotel. The bed is comfy and is pretty dark in the room, so I did get a good night sleep. Several bathrooms available and sparkling clean. the breakfast is good enough to wake me up.
