I recently had a wonderful stay at a serviced apartment in Novena. the one-bedroom unit was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with amenities like an in-room washer and induction hob. the comfortable bedding made for a restful sleep, and the WiFi signal was excellent, perfect for virtual meetings without interruptions. the location was also great, with a short walk to the subway station, shopping malls, grocery stores, and plenty of food options. the staff, Melinda and Ryan, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with two shopping centers nearby and great coffee and food just a short walk away. The unit was clean and the fixtures seemed new. The security guards were friendly and helpful, and there was even complimentary parking. my experience here was very pleasant.

We recently stayed at a hotel for Christmas and had a great experience. the location was central, with easy access to shopping centers and public transportation. It was great that the hotel had its own carpark, which made it convenient for us to drive around and explore the city. the staff was very helpful and accommodating, which made our stay all the more enjoyable.

While we had a wonderful time overall, there were a few minor issues that could be improved. the room had basic amenities which we found satisfactory, but there were some facilities that we felt were missing.

The location is fantastic near Novena MRT Station and shopping centers. Staff are nice and helpful. The apartment is clean with basic facilities and a washer and dryer. The kitchen appliances are great for cooking. a comfortable and spacious accommodation.

For us it was ideal.

My recent stay at Ariva On Shan Serviced Residences was a great experience. The location was perfect, with convenient access to public transport. The size of the rooms, including the extra bedroom, kitchenette, and two bathrooms, exceeded my expectations. Plus, the price was much more affordable than staying in the city center. I also appreciated the nearby supermarket, which made shopping easy.

Although there were a couple of minor inconveniences, such as the need to book for pool usage and limited housekeeping, they did not significantly affect my overall experience.
