The restaurant staff were extremely hospitable and friendly, the beautiful well-maintained garden surrounding the property enhanced relaxation greatly. the spacious room with a view of Monsoon Palace and the attentive staff made our stay enjoyable. Although the location was slightly far, landmarks like Monsoon Palace and City Palace Museum were worth visiting with children, promoting family bonding. the rooftop terrace and swimming pool provided a perfect setting for unwinding during our stay. the retro flair of historic artefacts and furniture added a unique touch to the property, supplementing our overall experience while in Udaipur.

Chose this hotel for my meeting due to its 4 venues, 2 pools, and conference hall. Staff were accommodating and location was convenient.

The chair incident was a real eye-roller. I'm no chair-breaker! But hey, the vintage car fiasco? Comedy gold! Despite the hiccups, the hospitable staff saved the day. the calm and quiet vibe was a nice break from the city chaos. Loved the Laal Maas! the garden and attentive staff made up for the glitches. So, would I go back? Maybe with a chair-checker in tow!

The staff was like a team of fairy godmothers, attending to our every wish promptly and with a smile that could rival a Cheshire cat's. We felt like royalty overlooking the grand City Palace, much like Rapunzel from her tower.

I had a great stay at Fateh Niwas. The hotel had a charming, old charm feel with beautiful decor and artwork. The two swimming pools, one on the ground level and one on the rooftop, offered stunning views of the surrounding area. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Dinesh, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The food at the rooftop restaurant was delicious, particularly the lal maas dish. The rooms were comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. I had an incredible and unforgettable experience at Fateh Niwas.

Stayed at a hotel close to all sights. the breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Rooms were big and comfy. Staff were friendly. LOVED the swimming pool. Definitely staying here again! the pool is even better than in photos.

Attentive and friendly staff, particularly Kishan in the restaurant. Immaculately kept grounds, traditional design with modern amenities. Highly recommended, will definitely return! 😊

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The location of this place is absolutely stunning, nestled amongst the mountains and offering breathtaking views of the lake and hills from the roof terrace. The room was well-designed and comfortable, making me feel like I was staying in an art gallery. The food was also top-notch, with a wide variety of choices and excellent service. Additionally, the staff here were incredibly attentive and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Located on the outskirts of the lovely Udaipur, Fateh Niwas offers a palace-like experience with its well-maintained property and distinctive charm. The rooms are exceptionally good, providing all the necessary amenities like mini bar, tea/coffee maker, and hair dryer. The staff, although needing some improvement in professionalism, is generally good and helpful. The breakfast layout excels most 5-star hotels, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel also boasts two swimming pools, one amidst garden greenery and another on the rooftop, providing amazing views of the surroundings.

Some guests have reported that the service level of food falls during hotel parties, affecting the overall experience.
