Our special request for flower petals on the bed was beautifully done by the housekeeper. The apartment-style room was cozy and had a wide range of high-quality kitchenware, including a microwave oven and dishwasher. The air conditioning system was top-notch, keeping the room comfortable. The bathroom had a separate bathtub and shower, perfect for couples or individuals who prefer privacy. The location in the CBD area was convenient, with many food options and attractions within walking distance.

During my New Year stay, I liked the fact that the hotel offered personalized check-in and a late checkout option. The key location of the hotel was also a major advantage, with easy access to public transportation and attractions. Additionally, I enjoyed the spaciousness of the twin room and the huge bathroom with a separate shower.

The limited choice of white wine and the staff sitting and texting instead of attending to guests was off-putting. Despite requesting a drink for the next day, it was not chilled and they failed to provide it again the following day.

The Ascott Raffles Place was a great choice for our recent stay in Singapore. The location was fantastic, with easy access to food centers and popular attractions like Marina Bay and Gardens by the Bay. As vegetarians, we appreciated the convenient kitchenette in our room, allowing us to prepare our own meals. The spacious room and comfortable bed ensured a restful stay, and the variety of shower heads in the bathroom was a nice touch. We also enjoyed the lovely rooftop swimming pool, which felt like our own private oasis. The service provided by the hotel staff was excellent, making our stay even more enjoyable.
