During my New Year stay, I liked the fact that the hotel offered personalized check-in and a late checkout option. the key location of the hotel was also a major advantage, with easy access to public transportation and attractions. Additionally, I enjoyed the spaciousness of the twin room and the huge bathroom with a separate shower.

I was disappointed with the service and quality at the hotel's bar. the limited choice of white wine and the staff sitting and texting instead of attending to guests was off-putting.

One issue I encountered was the confusing lighting system in the rooms. There were too many switches and I couldn't figure out which one controlled all the lights.
