City Hall MRT Station, Asian Civilisations Museum, and St Andrew's Cathedral are like my close buddies now. Lau Pa Sat is practically my next-door neighbor. Guess they heard I love to hang out with the cool kids.

I absolutely loved lugging my suitcase up the stairs all by myself.

I recently stayed at Bluewaters Pods 38 Hongkong Street for a short overnight trip. The pod was comfortable, with individual light, outlet, shelf, and towel rack. The bathrooms and showers were clean and functional, with plenty of space to hang clothes and store toiletries. The location was excellent, with easy access to Clarke Quay, the MRT, and convenience stores. I also appreciated the efficient check-in process, free coffee/tea, and the overall affordability of the hotel.

Dive into the local culinary scene near Bluewaters Pods, with the Cooperage, Settlers Cafe, and Song Fa Bak Kut Teh just a stone's throw away. the staff is top-notch, the location is primo for exploring, and the overall cleanliness is 💯.

Only hiccup was the no-shoe policy without slipper provision, forcing an unexpected purchase. Plus, the bathroom heatwave due to the lack of AC was a sweaty situation.

The location was spot on, close to both Clark Quay purple line and Chinatown, making it a breeze to explore the area on foot or by MRT. the staff was incredibly helpful, going out of their way to assist with making BTS SUGA fan signs and even sharing a slice of yummy cake. the free coffee machine and comfy beds were nice touches, but at times, the limited showers caused minor waiting inconveniences. a great stay and hoping to return next year! ✨

I recently stayed at Bluewaters Pods and had a great experience. The beds in the DELUXE rooms were comfortable and the hostel was clean and well-maintained. The reception staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was central, with plenty of dining options and good transportation links. The bathrooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were equipped with sockets, lights, and built-in desks. I was also able to leave my luggage at the hostel after check-out. it was a good value and convenient stay.

Totally recommend this hotel.
