We had an amazing stay at Chic Capsule Otel in Chinatown. The location was perfect, with easy access to the metro and plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff went above and beyond to help us, providing sincere assistance and always being available to answer our questions. The hostel even offered a free airport shuttle, which was a great perk. Our capsule bed was comfortable and the room remained quiet despite having many people in it. The air conditioning was also top-notch, keeping the room cool and refreshing.

The MRT Station Chinatown is conveniently located just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city. The beds in the hotel are comfortable and offer privacy, with smart TVs and headphones provided for entertainment. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The dorms can be a bit dark and crowded, with 16 beds in some rooms.

We had a great stay at Chic Capsule! The staff was friendly and always available to assist us. The location in Chinatown, next to the MRT station and other attractions, was very convenient. We loved the amenities, such as drinking water, a small lobby, a washing machine. The personal TVs in each capsule were cool, although we didn't get much time to use them since we were out exploring most of the time. The keycard system and lockers were convenient, and the breakfast provided was decent. a nice place to stay!

Lack of dehumidifier.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and in a safe area. I also loved the fact that each capsule was equipped with a Google TV, which allowed me to watch movies and play games from the Google Play store. It was a great way to entertain myself during downtime at the hotel. Lastly, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any issues or questions that came up.

One thing that could be improved is the bathroom facilities. There was no hot water in the showers, which made for a less than pleasant experience.
