Perfect spot for aviation lovers

The service was impeccable from the moment I arrived. The hotel staff helped with my bags immediately, and my runway view room was a delight. Watching planes take off while lounging by the stunning pool made my stay truly memorable.

My stay was delightful! The late check-out allowed me to experience the lovely hot tub while enjoying a surprise cake from the staff. The breakfast was a culinary delight, offering unlimited options to satisfy any palate.

However, the outdoor corridors felt somewhat humid and dark at night, which was a bit uncomfortable. The air conditioning in my room seemed overly cold despite my adjustments, making it hard to find a cozy temperature.

The location is such a convenience for flights. very easy access to terminal 3. The staff were genuinely friendly, and my daughter loved the pool! We had an amazing view from our room.

Check-in was a bit disorganized, taking longer than expected. The outdoor corridors lacked ambiance, and the breakfast options, while ample, were not very flavorful.

The hotel offers direct access to the airport and is connected to Jewel, making it super convenient for shopping and dining before my flight.

Some noise from the departing flights was noticeable, which made it a bit less peaceful than I had hoped for.

The view from the 9th floor isn't exactly breathtaking—just mobile bridges and planes!!! This airport hotel is still 30-40 minutes from main attractions, so don’t get too comfortable here!!!

Loved the spacious rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows and the beautiful pool area! The Jewel nearby was a perfect shopping spot before my flight.

Felt safe and secure, no reason to complain.

the only downside was some noise from the planes. however, the spacious room had excellent water pressure and we enjoyed the late check out while sipping on unlimited fresh coffee. also, the location was perfect for food and shopping! 🍽️🛍️

the smart phone provided was super useful for exploring the area. my room had a plumbing issue that took a bit to resolve.

The room was well-designed and had a great layout that fit our needs perfectly. Our upgrade to the suite made it extra special. We loved lounging by the beautiful pool and taking advantage of the sun terrace for some relaxation time. Just a heads up, the hair dryer could be better, but overall, it was a lovely stay! 😊

this hotel is super convenient right by the airport, and the pool is definetely one of the most beautifull i have ever seen. staff is friendly and helped with my check-in really fast. my room was comfy with great details like labeled lights and a cozy couch by the window. also loved the easy access to jewel mall and the MRT. overall, the stay was a highlight of my trip for sure!

crowne plaza is super convenient, located right at terminal 3. the friendly staff made our stay great, especially when they offered a free upgrade to a spacious room. we loved the wonderful breakfast too! it was great to have a gym and a beautiful pool to relax in.
