I got great value for my money at Crowne Plaza. The room was beautifully decorated and had all the extra amenities you could want. The location was perfect, right near the airport, and the staff treated me like a VIP.

The food for breakfast could be better, especially for the price.

The Crowne Plaza was worth every penny! The room was amazing, with a luxurious bath and a super comfy bed. And the location couldn't have been better, right next to the airport with easy access to the city. The staff was top-notch, especially Raymond in the club lounge who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

The only thing that could have made breakfast better was expanding the menu with more options.

As youngsters, we loved the convenient location right at the airport. It only took us a few minutes to reach the other terminals or the MRT station. The nearby shopping center and abundance of restaurants and cafes were also a major plus. The spacious and well-equipped room was perfect for us, and we were impressed by how clean everything was. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The receptionists were friendly and helpful, adding to our overall positive experience. The fast WiFi connection was another highlight. Plus, the view of the Jewel and airfield was simply amazing. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

I enjoyed the beautiful runway view from my room. The hotel's location was incredibly convenient, directly accessible from Terminal 3, making it easy to catch my flight back to London. The breakfast buffet was amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout my stay.

It was well signposted and easy to find, making check-in a breeze. Additionally, the Chinese buffet restaurant offered delicious food, adding to the overall enjoyable experience.

The lighting in the surrounding area and the hotel itself was a bit dim, especially during the late night check-in. This made the overall ambiance feel dull.

This hotel is the perfect stopover for travellers with a flight layover. Its location just beyond the airport terminal is so convenient, allowing for easy access to and from the airport. The staff are accommodating and have great attention to detail. The rooms are well-equipped with every amenity possible, and the breakfast with so much different food should be included in the rate.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. the luxurious amenities fulfilled all my needs for a comfortable stay with a room that was both spacious and clean. the service was impeccable, with staff being efficient and friendly when addressing my needs. the restaurant offered an impressive array of dishes with special diet menus being an added bonus. the location advantages of the hotel made it easy for me to stroll directly into the airport or to visit the nearby shopping centre without having to worry about transportation.

Despite this, the indoor swimming pool and Sauna were exceptional.
