Challenging Stay with Room for Improvement

While I enjoyed the pool area, my check-in experience was frustrating. I waited for nearly two hours for my room, and the staff didn't handle it well. Future guests should be prepared for potential delays and consider arriving after check-in time to avoid the rush.

The views were sweet as, and the breakfast staff were super attentive! But, I had to wait heaps long for my room, which was a bit frustrating.

Comfortable room, excellent breakfast with a wide selection, and convenient access to the beach were highlights of my stay. the free Wi-Fi in public areas made it easy to plan my day as I explored this vibrant location just 25 km from the airport.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

Consider arriving later than 4 PM for check-in to avoid room readiness delays. some staff may offer alternative options while waiting.

While staying here with my large family, we loved the kids' menu at Aürt. Our baby enjoyed the amenities available on request, making our meals stress-free. The views from our room were spectacular, and the lively atmosphere added a unique touch.

Elevator wait times need to be improved!!! Lifts often unavailable, which leads to frustrating stair climbs!!! Billing issues seem common, and it's annoying when check-in times are so strict. The pool area could use more relaxation amenities!!!

Our room had breathtaking views and the breakfast spread was truly amazing, offering tons of delicious choices for every palate. The outdoor pool area was fantastic for relaxing, and we also enjoyed the beach access just a short stroll away. One little thing to note is that a coffee machine in the room would have been a nice touch, but overall it was a wonderful experience! ☀️

I had an amazing stay for 4 nights! The room was incredibly spacious and clean with stunning sea views. The Michelin-starred restaurant exceeded my expectations, but the shower could use a little upgrade. Would come back anytime!

The in-room breakfast was excellent with a wide variety. the lobby bar was a lovely spot to unwind after a busy day. Staff were always friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay.
