We had a wonderful time at this hotel during our romantic escape. the amenities were incredible and we were pleasantly surprised by the complementary upgrade and late check-out options. the location was perfect for exploring the city and we loved the convenience of being able to quickly access transportation. the staff was friendly and made us feel right at home, which was the cherry on top of an already fantastic experience.

We were able to find a workaround for the shade by inserting a washcloth between the shower door and the shade. these were minor inconveniences that did not detract from our enjoyable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel located on Coleman Street. The staff at Grand Park Cityhall were incredibly friendly and accommodating, particularly Judy who went above and beyond to make us a special omelette for breakfast. The location is perfect, with easy access to anywhere in the city. The room was spacious and well-designed, with a modern bathroom and great service. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of tasty options. We also enjoyed the nearby eateries and shopping options.

The lighting in the room was a bit dim and could be improved.

The hotel is conveniently located near many attractions and in the center of the city, making it easy to explore popular tourist destinations. The room was clean and well-designed, with a comfortable bed and anti-slip tiles in the bathroom. The reception staff was polite and professional, and the breakfast options were excellent, especially the Nasi Lemak.

Some staff members seemed undertrained and made mistakes, such as giving the wrong room and calling about dining in.

I recently stayed at Grand Park City Hall for several months and it was a great experience. The location was convenient, with easy access to Marina Bay Area, Clarke & Boat Quay, The National Museum, and Fort Canning Park. The rooms were spacious and the beds were really comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. The swimming pool area was lovely, and the concierge staff were extremely helpful. We also enjoyed the cheap Hawker centers nearby, serving delicious local food.

Despite a few drawbacks, my Christmas stay at this hotel was still enjoyable. the location was superb, with easy access to the city lights and great shopping opportunities nearby. the spacious and comfortable rooms provided a cozy and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring.

Aspects: However, there were a few aspects that could have been better. the noise from the ongoing renovations was quite bothersome and disrupted my peace and quiet.

This hotel embodies luxury. the exclusive Crystal Club was worth every penny- delicious food, perfect cappuccinos and impeccable service from the staff, especially Tony and Jane. the modern facilities, like the outdoor swimming pool and private leisure room, were a highlight of the trip.

Although the room was luxurious and clean, the restaurant was slightly underwhelming. Some of the dishes were unremarkable, especially considering the high cost.

The value for money was great, with a free upgrade to a spacious and unique room. The location was central, next to Funan Mall, and the staff went above and beyond to make our trip worthwhile.

The morning meal could have been better, as our food orders were not fully fulfilled and the promised kids' cutlery never arrived.

During my xmas stay, I really enjoyed the comfortable rooms and the convenient location of the hotel. the rooms were clean and spacious, providing a cozy atmosphere for relaxation. the hotel is situated near key attractions and shopping areas, making it easy to explore and indulge in some retail therapy.

The network and connection constantly gave me trouble, and the hotel app was more of a hassle than a convenience, as it failed to connect properly. It took ages to get a cup of coffee and even longer to place a food order.
