We had a great stay at Jen Singapore Tanglin By Shangri-La. The hotel was really nice and had unique furnishings. The location was convenient, with a passage to the Tanglin shopping mall and walking distance to a metro station and Orchard Road, the main shopping street in Singapore. The free use of a smartphone was a great addition to our stay. We also appreciated the option to do our own laundry in the hotel's laundromats, which saved us money compared to using the hotel laundry.

During our stay, we found some small shops nearby, which were quite convenient. The town area was only a short distance away, and we could easily walk there. We also liked the fact that the hotel was right next to Tanglin Mall, and we could easily go there for shopping. The room and bathroom were both quite clean and spacious. The breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed the beautiful view from our room.

That the room service for dining in was not very good. The dishes were overpriced, and some of them were not cooked well.
