The location of the hotel was great as it was near the train station and within easy walking distance to all the attractions. the staff were friendly and helpful during check-in, providing all the necessary information. the bed was comfortable and the room had good soundproofing, ensuring a quiet and peaceful sleep.

The room itself was small and not very stylish, lacking in amenities such as enough towels and complimentary toiletries for two people. the hot water in the shower was unpredictable, turning very hot or cold during use.

We arrived early and were pleasantly surprised to find our room ready. Our breakfast was pre-ordered and delivered quickly, with good options available. The hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring. Despite some minor issues with the room, such as the TV not working properly, we had an enjoyable stay. I would recommend this hotel.

Our stay at Pentahotel was absolutely fantastic. The central location made it so easy for us to explore Inverness and everything was within walking distance. The nearby parking at Rose Street multi-storey was convenient and affordable. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Inverness.

My xmas stay was amazing! the breakfast spread was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options and unique breads to choose from. the location was perfect, with everything within walking distance, making it super convenient to explore the city. Plus, the spacious and simply decorated rooms were a great comfort, offering a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

There were a couple of downsides to my xmas at this hotel. the check-in process was a bit slow, as the bar staff also had to handle the check-ins.

I stayed at this hotel recently and I have to say, the location is fantastic. It's right in the heart of the city and only a short walk from both the railway and bus stations which made getting around super easy. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and the service was great. My room was really comfortable and had all the amenities I needed, including an electric kettle and a large flat-screen TV. I also appreciated the option of having room service and laundry services available.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, close to the city center and main street. the breakfast provided tasty options.

The room we stayed in was too small and we found the bed to be really hard and uncomfortable. the bathroom was also quite cramped and there was a strange noise that kept disturbing us during the night.

Comfortable bedroom, helpful staff at check-in and check-out, good job by the chef in keeping the buffet stocked, pleasant and welcoming reception and bar staff, excellent location.
