We absolutely loved our stay at Intercontinental Singapore. The huge and nicely decorated room offered breathtaking window views that made us feel like we were on top of the world. The clean and well-maintained pool was a fantastic way to relax and unwind. The hotel's location next to an MRT station and shopping mall was incredibly convenient, and we were spoiled for choice with the variety of eateries nearby. The highlight of our stay was the warm welcome we received from Celine during check-in. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay exceeded our expectations. On my birthday, I was pleasantly surprised with a specially decorated birthday cake delivered to our room. The hotel even allowed us a late check-out, making our airport wait much more bearable. Celine, who assisted us throughout our stay, was an absolute gem. She promptly attended to any requests with a smile and was a true credit to the hotel.

We felt incredibly happy throughout our stay and have no complaints at all.

I recently stayed at the Intercontinental Hotel in Singapore for a business trip. The staff were incredibly hospitable, especially Zul who helped us move to the unique and charming Heritage rooms. The hotel's location is fantastic, connected to Bugis Junction mall and the metro station. The rooms were modern and comfortable, and the bed was a highlight. a great hotel for business travelers.

We were pleasantly surprised when we checked into our standard rooms at Intercontinental. We were upgraded to the Heritage Suite, which was a wonderful and unexpected treat. The room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The beds were cozy, and the bedsheets were luxuriously soft. The showers had good water pressure, and the provided toiletries were of high quality. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast selection was delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from. The club lounge exceeded our expectations, with generous canapés and a fantastic afternoon tea. The hotel's location was convenient and we felt well taken care of during our stay.

Although our stay was overall fantastic, we did encounter a few minor inconveniences. The jacuzzi's jets on the floor of the pool were not very useful in their position.

The hotel staff provided excellent overall service and went above and beyond to meet our needs. The front desk staff even waived the cost of the extra bed and one night's parking fee. We were impressed with the comfort of our room and appreciated the option for early check-in and late check-out. The Club staff also provided exceptional attention and service. The location was convenient with a shopping mall nearby. The Chinese restaurant offered excellent service and accommodated our need for a quick meal before heading to the airport. The breakfast was delicious and the front desk staff was helpful and polite.
