The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. I booked a club room on the 28th floor and loved the flexibility of their check-in and check-out times. The club room privileges were fantastic, including access to the exclusive M Lounge. The breakfast buffet, reserved for club room guests, was never crowded, and the food was delicious. The staff in the M Lounge, particularly Maggie, Alice, and Kristine, went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were taken care of. I also appreciated the daily refreshments and the option for free laundry service. The room itself was comfortable, with a cozy bed, a nice city view, and impeccable cleanliness. it was a great experience, and I highly recommend staying at this hotel.
