the location was perfect, with shopping malls connected all around. the swimming pool was great, and the staff were super helpful carrying my bags. the in-room breakfast was varied and tasty, with a friendly chef eager to make it special.

The convenient location of Hilton Singapore Orchard near shopping malls was ideal for my family getaway. The newly renovated rooms were comfortable, making our stay enjoyable.

However, we faced some quirks during our stay. The elevators were confusing, and it took us multiple trips to switch our room after getting a obstructed view. Breakfast was chaotic. food choices looked unappealing.

Excellent service during unexpected travel changes.

Unfortunately, my special request made prior to check-in was completely overlooked. This caused significant inconvenience for my family, especially as we had to lug our bags around to find a suitable room. Although the Duty Manager, Ms. Hannah, stepped in and was quite helpful, the initial mishap put a damper on our stay, especially with no bathtub available for the kids despite their excitement.

Consider me officially shocked

I was pleasantly surprised by the facility's use of WhatsApp for quick queries. responses were lightning-fast! The deluxe room, though compact, was beautifully designed with an incredible bathroom. Its strategic location in the heart of Orchard makes accessing various attractions a breeze. A delightful stay, but service could improve in some areas.

my stay in singapore was enhanced by the fabulous proximity to attractions like ION Orchard just a short 500-meter stroll away and the lush Fort Canning Park, almost 2 km away, perfect for an afternoon walk amidst greenery, making it easy to explore the city while enjoying nature's beauty.

Consider trying the freshly squeezed juice station at breakfast. it's a unique feature among hotels. The executive lounge offers decent food options too.

We loved checking out the upscale Mandarin Gallery arcade nearby and had a fantastic meal at Chatterbox. The breakfast was a highlight, especially the outdoor seating. Location is prime, just a short walk to the MRT. Super convenient, making our trip easy!

One downside was dealing with a rude front desk staff member. Inquired about changing a restaurant reservation, but she was unhelpful and dismissive, which was frustrating.

the breakfast experience here is wholly underwhelming. i left for a quick second and returned to find my table cleaned off, who does that? more importantly, where was my room upgrade? instead, i got a room with a view of an a/c compressor. absolutely ridiculous. was almost ready to leave a good review, but couldn’t.

Plus, I got the best scones ever served by Chef Williams and that made breakfast worth it in every way.

Yeah, it wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but I’d say still worth it.

i had a bit of trouble finding my room in the maze of the elevators. however, the room was spacious with a sparkling clean bathroom and stable water supply. the wifi was complimentary, which was a lifesaver. 🛌✨

It was just a commendable fit for exploring town in Singapore with good price value. The paper-thin walls made it hard to ignore the noise from neighbors, which was quite distracting. Better to pack earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

The Executive Lounge had amazing cocktails and a stellar breakfast buffet. The access to Top of the M was a cherry on top! My upgrade to the Executive King Room was totally worth it—huge bathroom and comfy bed made my stay awesome.

Felt it like being home, no complaints.
