The staff could have been friendlier and more informative upon my arrival, as I had to ask for directions to the lobby and check-in counter.

My family and I stayed at Hilton in Orchard for one night. We booked a deluxe twin room with an extra bed, but to our surprise, we were given a free upgrade to a suite! The staff at the front desk were friendly and efficient, and the service overall was excellent. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Orchard Road, close to major bus lines and MRT stations. We enjoyed the quiet atmosphere, the delicious multi-cultural breakfast, and the high-speed wifi throughout our stay.

As a budget traveler, I appreciated the excellent location of this hotel. It is within walking distance of Orchard Road, with its designer stores and great shopping centers nearby. The MRT train station is also conveniently close, making it easy to explore all the attractions in Singapore. The rooms were nicely renovated and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The amenities provided, including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and liquid soap, were a nice touch. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help, even going to buy bar soap for me when I requested it.

Despite it being a popular location, the room was quiet. The staff were professional and helpful, making the stay pleasant. The reliable WIFI connection was a plus.

The staff were really helpful and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We loved the room service, and the housekeeping kept everything clean and tidy. The conference area on level 8 was perfect for our business meetings, with everything we needed.
