The location was perfect, right in the heart of Kampong Glam with plenty of food options nearby. The staff, although only communicated through WhatsApp, were accommodating and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel for a convenient and enjoyable stay.

I disliked the fact that there was no direct contact with staff, as all communication had to be done through WhatsApp, including the check-in process. the room was not suitable for groups as it was small in size, making it difficult to move around with multiple people in the room.
