Had an amazing stay at this hotel! Far East Hospitality never disappoints me. We arrived early in the morning and they allowed us to check in early, which was a big relief as we were hot and tired. the room was clean, cozy, and had good air conditioning. Plus, they offered a complimentary luggage storage service when we checked out. the location is superb with restaurants and shopping within walking distance. My daughter's birthday weekend was made even more memorable with the complimentary open top bus ride to see the Christmas lights on Orchard Road. a fantastic experience!

As a bigger group of friends, we really enjoyed the family rooms with bunk beds. The kids were thrilled! The staff were polite and the Indian man who served us during breakfast was particularly friendly. The hotel's quiet and comfortable ambience was perfect for us. The ice cream upon check-in and the special birthday set-up in our room were lovely gestures. We're grateful that the uncle at the swimming pool went out of his way to find our daughter's mask. The location in Orchard made it convenient for exploring the city. we had a great stay!

The location of the hotel was excellent, with shopping malls and the Orchard MRT station within walking distance. The staff were very helpful and always offered to carry our things/luggage, which was a nice touch. Additionally, the renovated Club Floor was a pleasant area to stay in.

The breakfast selection was quite limited compared to other 4-star hotels, with the same items available every day. It was also disappointing that they only served espresso and not cappuccino.

This place had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel itself was quite outdated and in need of renovation. the rooms were small and cramped, and the air conditioning was not very effective.

The hotel offers a fantastic location with a wide variety of shopping malls and restaurants in walking distance. Most public transport and even Changi airport are just across the street. Guests can explore the Retail district easily. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the bathrooms are immaculate. The friendly staff provides excellent customer service and promptly fulfills guests' requests. Guests can enjoy a complimentary cake for special occasions.

The soundproofing of the rooms is not up to par. Conversations and noises from adjacent rooms and hallways could disturb guests.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, with Orchard Street just a stone's throw away, offering a plethora of shopping and dining options to satisfy any partygoer. The staff members, from the friendly front desk team to the efficient housekeeping staff, go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Far East's Orchard Rendezvous Hotel's location was great for exploring the city. a good stay.

The value for money at Orchard Rendezvous Hotel was excellent, with a spacious and clean room. The location at the top of Orchard Road was convenient, and the staff, especially Ms. Sofia and Ms. Hui Xin, provided exceptional service.

More breakfast choices would have made the experience even better.

They made sure that my check-in went smoothly and even assisted me with finding the Kiblat and guiding me through the apps. The hotel's strategic location near Orchard Road made it convenient for exploring the city. The room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. The view from the private balcony overlooking the city and swimming pool was amazing. The hotel facilities, including the swimming pool and WiFi, were excellent.
