Sweet as room, tidy and heaps spacious! But the air conditioning could use a good fix, it was warmer than I’d like. Staff were super friendly, though! Chur!

the location is super strategic, like close to all the malls and stuff. room was comfy, clean, and pretty spacious too. loved the warm service from the staff, especially at the lounge. they helped me out when i needed stuff for my kids. breakfast at the club was a nice touch. I got some cute birthday surprises for my little ones too!

the location at the quiet end of orchard road is ideal for exploring. the outdoor pool and fitness center were great amenities, and housekeeping provided exceptional service, keeping my room spotless. very comfortable overall during my stay!
