The breakfast spread was impressive, although it was more suitable for Asian visitors. it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

We had an amazing stay here! The location of this place is perfect, right in the heart of the city. It is very close to the metro station and there are plenty of local eateries nearby. The room we got was huge and comfortable, with a spacious sitting area and all the necessary amenities like an ironing facility and air conditioning. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, taking care of our luggage and providing excellent service. The view from our room on the 20th floor was breathtaking.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, just a short walk from the MRT station and close to various restaurants and a food court. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, as the rooms were well-maintained and the toilet was spotless. Additionally, the breakfast provided was great and I enjoyed being able to have it by the swimming pool, which was a pleasant experience.

There were a few negative aspects to my stay. the TV in the room was quite old and had some issues with the volume suddenly getting louder.

If you wanted to explore further, there were also bars and Korean BBQ restaurants in the area. For any shopping needs, there were two supermarkets nearby. On a budget? No problem! There was a food court/hawker center just across the road, as well as an air-conditioned food court nearby. Additionally, Chinatown was a short 5-minute walk away. The staff at the hotel were extremely courteous and efficient, providing exceptional service. The breakfast was also delicious and satisfying.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city. It was just across the train station and only two stations away from Universal Studio. The bed was very comfortable and the wifi was reliable. I loved that they provided a Handy smart phone with internet that I could use outside of the hotel.
