We had an amazing stay here! The location of this place is perfect, right in the heart of the city. It is very close to the metro station and there are plenty of local eateries nearby. The room we got was huge and comfortable, with a spacious sitting area and all the necessary amenities like an ironing facility and air conditioning. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, taking care of our luggage and providing excellent service. The view from our room on the 20th floor was breathtaking.

Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and responsive, always ready to assist with any request. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with around 300 feet of space. The hotel also provided a Handy smartphone with free internet and great discounts on attractions. The location was ideal, with the Tanjong Pagar MRT station just 300 meters away. It was a quiet and peaceful stay, perfect for relaxation.

However, the hotel staff quickly reassured me that it might be an isolated case. Despite this, I had a fantastic experience at the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and responsive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel provided a Handy smartphone with free internet and discounts on shows and attractions, which was a great bonus. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The hotel's convenient location near Tanjong Pagar MRT made it easy for me to explore the city. I also enjoyed the nearby Maxwell Food Center, which offered delicious food at affordable prices. I had a great stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to others.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, just a short walk from the MRT station and close to various restaurants and a food court. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, as the rooms were well-maintained and the toilet was spotless. Additionally, the breakfast provided was great and I enjoyed being able to have it by the swimming pool, which was a pleasant experience.

There were a few negative aspects to my stay. the TV in the room was quite old and had some issues with the volume suddenly getting louder.

If you wanted to explore further, there were also bars and Korean BBQ restaurants in the area. For any shopping needs, there were two supermarkets nearby. On a budget? No problem! There was a food court/hawker center just across the road, as well as an air-conditioned food court nearby. Additionally, Chinatown was a short 5-minute walk away. The staff at the hotel were extremely courteous and efficient, providing exceptional service. The breakfast was also delicious and satisfying.
