The staff at the lounge were attentive and kind. Afternoon tea and evening cocktail hour were well arranged. The room was spacious with a standing shower and big bathtub. The hotel is clean and modern, with friendly staff who speak good English. The bed was comfortable and check-out was fast.

As someone taking off early, I loved the quick elevators, allowing me to easily navigate the hotel. The main lobby was well decorated and had a great ambiance, giving a warm and inviting feeling upon arrival. Additionally, the view at the marina bay was stunning, adding a touch of luxury to my stay. The accessibility to malls was a huge plus, allowing me to conveniently explore the area and indulge in some shopping.

The breakfast spread was extensive and enjoyable, and we appreciated the all-day non-alcoholic drinks and snacks provided in the Pacific Club. The pool was also a great spot to relax and unwind. we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
