As someone with physical handicaps, I appreciated the convenient location of the Riverside Hotel. It was close to the river, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The subway was also easily accessible, making it convenient to explore the city.

The Crystal club lounge was phenomenal, offering amazing views of the city skyline. The staff there were very welcoming and went above and beyond to remember my preferences and make me feel at home. The gym was well-equipped and clean. a great stay.

The hotel's location near everything within walking distance of major districts, quite close to the centre of things, and on the banks of the river. The cleanliness of the rooms and the excellent service of the staff.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly and professional, always going above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. They even helped us with transportation for our group and luggage. The location was perfect, right on the banks of the river and near the Clarke Quay area with lots of fantastic restaurants to choose from. We loved the beautiful views from our Club Room, it was such a treat!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel along the river inland from the main harbor. The location is in a lovely area, perfect for cycling and exploring. The service here is top-notch, with friendly staff who are always eager to help. The room amenities are impressive, with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and even a trouser press. The dining options here are fantastic, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area offering delicious meals and refreshing drinks. What I really appreciate is the staff's attention to detail, as they go above and beyond to provide excellent service tailored to each guest's individual needs.

I recently stayed at a well-run hotel in a great location near Clarke Quay. The hotel is just a few minutes away from the Fort Canning MRT station and the picturesque riverfront. The reception staff were excellent, providing top-notch service throughout my stay. The hotel's pool and bar were great amenities, perfect for relaxation and socializing. I also enjoyed the convenience of the Crystal Club, which offered complimentary breakfast, free laundry, and evening drinks. The room was comfortable and serviced promptly every day. I had a lovely stay and would recommend this hotel.

I stayed at the lovely Riverside Hotel in Robertson Quay for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect, with Clarke Quay just a short walk away and easy access to the MRT. The pool was a tropical oasis, and the poolside restaurant served amazing Nasi Goring. The room was clean with luxurious toiletries, and the staff were incredibly helpful, allowing early check-in and late check-out. The curtains blocked out all light for a peaceful sleep, and the view of the pool and city was stunning.

The hotel had a great location near the river with easy access to restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. I especially appreciated their helpfulness in arranging transportation. The concierge team went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The amenities, such as the gym and pool, were not as impressive as they appeared in the pictures. Additionally, the location was not the most convenient, requiring a bit of walking to reach attractions and public transportation.

I was impressed by this venue. The location by the Bay is great and the MRT station is just a short walk away. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service best suited to my individual needs. The facilities including the swimming pool and leisure spa & wellness centre were top-notch. Moreover, the room amenities, such as ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, among others, were very convenient and made my stay comfortable.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends, as the service here was excellent and the location is very convenient.
