Although there were a few drawbacks, such as a lack of communication regarding charges for the Sky Bar on New Year's Eve and limited choices for breakfast, these were relatively minor issues compared to the overall positive experience. The comfortable and well-located rooms, as well as the friendly service, outweighed any shortcomings.

The value for money was impressive, considering the comfortable and clean room with a lovely view of the city. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to Clarke Quay and other attractions. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to assist us during our stay.

Rooms had a strong humidity smell, although they did change our room upon request. The other room was dusty and not properly cleaned.

My wife and I stayed at Peninsula Excelsior Singapore for 4 nights and had a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff, especially Harry, made us feel welcome and accommodated. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a great view of Singapore. The hotel facilities, including the swimming pool and gym, were top-notch, and the location was perfect - close to many attractions and amenities.

The location of the hotel is superb, with City Hall MRT station nearby, making it convenient to explore the city. The room I stayed in had a stunning view of the city, and it was very comfortable. I also loved that there was a new shopping mall right next to the hotel, with a supermarket and a variety of dining options. The hotel's gym and swimming pool were well-equipped and enjoyable. The staff at the front counter were friendly and helpful, and the price for the hotel was great compared to others in the area. I am definitely planning to stay here again on my next visit.

During our stay at Peninsula Excelsior Singapore, we were blown away by the hotel's prime location. It was a short walk to the Riverpoint/Clarke Quay area, where we found an abundance of amazing restaurants and entertainment options. We were able to conveniently explore all the main sights of the city without needing to travel far.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the center of the city, conveniently located near the MRT at City Hall. The service here was outstanding, with 24-hour room service, laundry, and tours and ticket assistance. The room amenities were top-notch with air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The staff was exceedingly polite, making me feel like a valued customer from the moment I arrived. I was thoroughly impressed with the leisure spa and wellness center, which provided a sauna, swimming pool, and jacuzzi.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the city.
