Great location, spacious rooms, loved the free drinks, and the Nespresso machine in the room. Excellent buffet breakfast with a wide variety of dishes. The pool was good for lap swimming and the gym had convenient late hours. a fantastic experience.

Plus, the rooms are basic but clean and well-maintained, with an excellent power shower and quality breakfast foods. Also, the staff is friendly and accommodating, especially the omelette maker at the coffee house.

I recently stayed at Royal Plaza in Singapore for three nights as a New Zealand couple in our 60's. The hotel is conveniently located near the bus station and Orchard Station. The breakfast selection was good, beds were comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel had a great balance of staff, making our overall experience pleasant. The rooms were well-appointed, and we were even upgraded without asking. The hotel had a buzzing atmosphere with conferences and weddings, and the facilities were beautifully maintained. We will definitely be back next year.

Although my experience at Royal Plaza On Scotts was largely positive, there were a few areas for improvement. The pillows supplied in the room were quite heavy and uncomfortable, which affected the quality of my sleep.

The staff was excellent, very helpful and welcoming. Great location near Orchard road with easy access to public transport and cafes. Cleanliness and hospitality were top-notch. Special mention to the restaurant manager and chef for accommodating our needs.
