Additionally, the air conditioning produced a damp smell that was quite unpleasant, making it challenging to fully relax. Service at the dining area was lacking, and the breakfast experience was marred by the chaotic atmosphere and unclean tables.

A rubbish can under the leak? Really? If you're paying top dollar, expect better maintenance!!! Lighting in the bathroom needs improvement!!! What's up with the weird green tint?

we had some trouble with the check-in process and the front desk staff wasn't as friendly as expected. however, the location is perfect near orchard road! breakfast was delicious, and my baby got a comfy cot to sleep in! 😊

The breakfast buffet was not in the main restaurant but was good with various options. One evening, I relaxed by the pool which was a perfect getaway from the heat. I appreciate those little details as a European traveler.
