We had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Phoenix. the location was perfect for the event we were attending, and we loved the convenience of being close to everything. the beds were comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We were especially impressed with the woman at the front desk, she was amazing and truly a treasure. the gentleman who worked the counter was also awesome. We felt blessed to have met them both. the breakfast had good choices, and the night clerk, Doug, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and needs were met. He even called our room to check if everything was okay and gave us great recommendations for nearby restaurants. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location was perfect for me as it was near the university and the lake, making it convenient for visiting my daughter. The hotel was very clean and the facilities were top-notch. The breakfast had a good variety of options, including omelets, sausages, bacon, fruit. The staff was helpful and accommodating throughout my stay.

Perfect location for visiting ASU student. Laminate flooring in the room was very clean. Meticulous cleaning process observed. No tired, old, musty carpeting.

We enjoyed fluffy eggs and bacon, sausage, and even biscuits and gravy. the breakfast also included waffles, pastries, cereal, and a fantastic selection of beverages. the staff was friendly and responsive, and they even allowed us to order dinner from local restaurants. the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with amenities like a mini fridge and a microwave. the hotel's location was convenient, right off the freeway exit and close to Tempe Lake. We also appreciated the affordable price and the proximity to an In n Out Burger restaurant across the street. it was a great experience and we would definitely stay again.

I really liked the cozy and inviting atmosphere in the hotel's lobby and common areas. The decor was tasteful and had a homey feel to it, which made me feel comfortable during my stay. The furniture and seating areas were also senior-friendly, providing a comfortable space for relaxation and socializing with other guests. It was nice to see that the hotel was considerate of the needs of older individuals like myself.

The only thing I would have asked for to make my vacation even better for senior people is improved communication and attentiveness from the staff. Sometimes, the children working there seemed a bit disorganized and weren't as proactive in addressing our needs.
