I enjoyed my stay here. The breakfast had a good variety, which is always a plus for me since I'm a fan of hearty morning meals. The staff was helpful when I had questions about the area. I appreciated that everything felt clean, which made my experience more pleasant. However, the hotel is in a busy area, and I noticed some noise from the nearby highway at times. Just be mindful if you're a light sleeper.

OMG, the staff was, like, soooo friendly! Met this super awesome lady at the front desk, she, like, totally made our stay! Rooms were clean and comfy with, like, all the outlets for my gadgets. And the breakfast—good variety, loved it! Will totally come back!

i had a great experience at the holiday inn express & suites phoenix, tempe during my recent stay. the breakfast exceeded my expectations with delicious hot cinnamon rolls, and my room was perfectly clean and spacious, allowing for a really restful night. i appreciated the early check-in and breakfast availability as well.

Location was top-notch, close to the lake and ASU. The brekkie had a solid variety—gotta love those little omelets and the bananas! The staff were so friendly, especially the chommie who offered us a snack when we arrived late—it really made our day.

The pancake machine was kaput, so no pancakes for us!

the pillows were flatter than a pancake, and the freeway noise? absoluteley unbearable, like sleeping under a highway overpass. also, never received an upgrade—was expecting at least a welcome gift for the inconvenience, but I guess that's too much to ask. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. The noise from the nearby highway was quite bothersome. You can enjoy a quick round at the local golf course too.

The room was super clean and well-appointed! I loved the nifty wooden platform for my luggage—no more bending down like a contortionist. Plus, I really appreciated the separate shower and toilet for some much-needed privacy.

But let’s be honest, the Wi-Fi acted like it was on a coffee break. And that ‘pool’ could barely fit a goldfish—don’t plan on doing any laps!

The King Room was spacious and modern. I loved the bed and linens. super comfy! However, the shower was a bit low to the ground, and the bathroom felt cramped. The fridge was a nice touch, and I appreciated the smooth elevator too. Breakfast had a good variety but missed out on pancakes! Caught some noise from the highway in the morning, so light sleepers might want to note that.
