The location of the hotel was excellent, nestled in the vibrant district with easy access to Chinatown and Boat Quay. We enjoyed exploring the surrounding roads with their plethora of restaurants and bars. The room was clean, neat, and well-insulated, ensuring a quiet and peaceful stay. The bathroom was also clean, with a functioning shower that provided hot water. The staff was friendly and helpful, adding to the pleasant experience. Despite being a basic room, the amenities provided, including a comfortable bed and a decent breakfast spread, made it value for money.

There was some noise disturbance from a nearby club/bar, especially during the late hours.

I loved the location of this hotel. It was so convenient to explore all the nearby attractions such as Chinatown and the waterfront. The breakfast wasn't great, but the cafe down the street that the hotel provides a voucher for serves delicious food. I would recommend this hotel for its prime location and comfortable rooms.

Convenient location near Clarke Quay and Chinatown with a 7 Eleven next door. Great breakfast buffet with a variety of options. Helpful front desk staff and clean rooms with comfortable beds and good showers. Easily accessible to attractions like The Gardens and Merlion by walking along the Singapore River. Loved the complimentary mobile phone for travels.

I stayed at Quay for one night and it was everything I needed. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed. Although the TV had some connection issues and Netflix wasn't working, the staff mentioned that they're upgrading the system. The location was prime, within walking distance to many great food places, and close to a vibrant lit-up Chinatown during Lunar New Year. The receptionist, a helpful and friendly local, provided me with detailed directions for the MRT, ensuring I got to all the places I wanted to go. Thanks for the assistance and the smiley face!

Our family stayed at The Quay Hotel for 3 nights and it was a delightful experience. The spacious and clean family suite was perfect for us. The location was fantastic, with Clarke Quay, Chinatown, and Raffles Place all within walking distance. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and there were plenty of food options nearby. The unique yellow egg-yolk only scrambled eggs for breakfast added a nice touch to our meal. a modern hotel with clever room arrangements, great location, and wonderful staff.

My New Year's stay was enjoyable as the hotel offered two complementary facts including bottled water, and the staff was very nice. the location was perfect between two MRT stations and close to many cafes and restaurants. I also liked the advantage of having a room with windows overlooking the city.

There were some negative aspects including the fact that the room was not properly soundproofed and it was difficult to find the hotel at night. breakfast was not included as originally booked and had to be paid for separately.

The room was clean, well-maintained, and had a comfortable bed. Good WiFi and easily accessible switches. Great location, walking distance to Chinatown, Clarke Quay, and Marina Bay.

This hotel is amazing! It's located in the very center and right in front of a bus stop, making it easy to get around the city. The rooms are kept very clean and have all modern equipment you could need. The breakfast served at the roof top is delicious and offers different food options. Plus, the staff is helpful and attentive.
