As adults, we loved the extensive buffet spread at Line and the comfortable beds. The staff provided top-notch Asian hospitality and the reception team and Bell Captain, Mr Siva, were exceptional.

we loved our stay at Shangri-La. The buffet breakfast at The Line was exceptional. Chef Ayyappa's roti prata was a favorite every morning. The international food options were vast and the staff arranged a special cake for my Mum's birthday dinner. The facilities, including the gym, jacuzzi, sauna, and outdoor pool. The rooms were well cleaned and the Horizon Club lounge was lovely with friendly staff. The free shuttle to Orchard Rd MRT and proximity to shopping Plaza's made exploring easy.

My recent stay at Shangri-La was absolutely delightful. I stayed here for a week for a business trip and was impressed with the spacious and beautifully decorated rooms. The views from my room were breathtaking. The hotel also had a fantastic coffee shop on the lobby floor, which was perfect for getting work done. The staff were friendly and the housekeeping was excellent. The buffet breakfast offered a good range of choices for both Asian and western food, and the staff were attentive and helpful. The staff were amazing, helpful, and professional. The rooms were updated and very clean. The showers in the tower wing room were incredible. The hotel was very green with lots of plants. The food at the Lobby Bar was great. There was a great play area for kids.

During our romantic escape, we absolutely loved the spacious and beautifully designed room. The amenities were top-notch, especially the massive and comfortable bed. The hotel's location was ideal, just a short walk from the bustling city center and its amazing shopping opportunities. the access to a washing machine and dryer was a convenient feature that we greatly appreciated.

Although it was fine overall, the small bathtub and slow hot water in the shower took away from the luxurious experience we were expecting. the check-in process was quite slow, especially considering we arrived late in the evening.

Our early check-in was a breeze, and we were impressed by the high-tech and clean rooms. The breakfast spread in the lobby was huge and delicious. Overall I'd recommend this hotel.

I recently had a fantastic stay at Shangri-La in Singapore. With excellent and prompt service from check-in to check-out, as well as attentive staff in the F&B service, room service, poolside, and kids club. The free upgrade to the Valley suite was an added bonus, and the room was spacious and comfortable for three people. The hotel's location, though not the most convenient without a car, provided a quiet oasis in the city center. The Executive Lounge was exceptional, offering a wide variety of food and drinks throughout the day.

We absolutely loved our week-long stay here. The hotel's facilities are excellent, and the staff are incredibly helpful. The executive floor is worth the extra cost, with breakfast, afternoon tea, and a cocktail hour all included. The junior suite was spacious and perfect for our family of four. The kids' section in the lounge was a great touch, and the cocktail and canapé hour was delicious. The hotel's location is also great, with a shortcut to Orchard Road. Highly recommended hotel for families.

Set among Tanglin area's greenery, this hotel offers relaxing views from both the Garden Wing and Tower. Rooms are well-appointed and refurbished, with excellent housekeeping and a tasty buffet breakfast at the Summit Room. Guests have enjoyed special touches like personalized service and exclusive entrances. Facilities include a nice pool and a children's water play area.

The gym is reported to be outdated and in need of an upgrade.

From the moment I arrived at this luxurious hotel, I felt pampered by the exclusive amenities. The Spa & wellness centre was top of the line, with a Sauna I loved to unwind in. I enjoyed the Outdoor swimming pool with Sun loungers and Jacuzzi, and indulged in a relaxing Massage at the Spa centre. The Beauty treatments and Facial were truly amazing, and I appreciated the tranquil Garden area. The Restaurant was excellent, with delicious In-room breakfast and Outdoor dining area. The Coffee/Tea in the lobby was a nice touch, and the Snack bar had great options. The service was top-notch, every need fulfilled.

I had only one minor issue during my stay at this hotel: the noise from the hallway could be heard through the acoustic doors. However, this did not detract from my overall experience in the private facilities, such as the well-appointed room with its exclusive advantages.
