I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with staff discreetly checking doors and keeping everything tidy. The hotel facilities were excellent, from the well-equipped kitchenette to the rooftop garden with its beautiful views. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Novena MRT station and shopping malls. The staff were friendly and approachable, always ready to assist with any requests or questions.

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were extremely friendly. We were pleasantly surprised with the complimentary breakfast and the daily cleaning service. the location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk away from the main shopping and dining areas. We also appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to nearby attractions.

The room we stayed in was quite small and had limited storage space. there was no on-site restaurant or bar, which could be inconvenient for some guests who prefer not to cook in their rooms.

The location of the hotel is excellent, being close to the local trains, a waiting taxi, and a MRT station where you can go anywhere you want. The rooms are spacious and modern, with amenities such as complimentary bedding and a welcome hamper. The staff are friendly and attentive, making you feel right at home. Additionally, the gym and pool are clean and readily available, and the breakfast offers a variety of options in a peaceful garden setting.

Stayed for 4 days 3 nights and honestly was super blown away. Greeted by a very sleek hotel lobby with a staff that welcomed us really well. Communications were via WhatsApp which I thought was great as you can just text them at any time of the day. Well-equipped kitchen with pots & pans, cutleries, and even a toaster and an oven. Comfortable king-sized bed. Polite and helpful staff. Decorated the room as per requested. Pool, gym, and rooftop garden with a nice view. Best staycation I’ve ever had.

My partner and I stayed at The Forest for 9 nights and it was truly a wonderful experience. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and treated us like friends. The communication system through instant messaging, specifically through Whatsapp, was a unique and convenient touch. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom amenities were delightful, and the rooftop garden offered a cozy space with a beautiful city view. The room layout was spacious and the location was conveniently close to the Novena MRT, making it easy to explore the area. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and even consider staying here for our upcoming wedding in January '16.

This hotel is a hidden gem, offering luxurious amenities like a stunning indoor swimming pool, private facilities and helpful, attentive service. the buffet restaurant was amazing, offering delicious meals. My room was very comfortable, with modern design and exclusive advantages like a soft, luxurious bed and fast, reliable Wi-Fi. the location was perfect, with easy access to the MRT and bus stops.

The lack of outdoor swimming pool and barbeque grills, but the indoor swimming pool more than made up for it.

The spacious room with a comfortable bed, washer/dryer, kitchenette, and huge patio made our stay very comfortable. Housekeeping twice a week was convenient. The staff was friendly and always available to help with our needs.
