During my recent stay at Downtown, I was thrilled with the convenient location, just a short 10-minute walk from the train station and right at the beginning of the old town. The room itself was clean and had a delightful scent. The staff at Downtown were friendly and always ready to assist with any questions or requests. One particular incident stands out - when my bus arrived in the early hours of the morning, the staff allowed me to rest on the comfortable couch until check-in time. This small gesture made a huge difference and ensured that I had a fantastic day exploring the beautiful city of Bratislava. I highly recommend Downtown for its excellent service and convenient location.

We had a great stay at a beautiful hotel in the heart of the city. The rooms were beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the city center. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the spacious rooms and the fantastic location.

The hotel entrance was difficult to find as it was not well marked.

It was Easter and the hotel had two small chocolate eggs prepared for me, which was a nice gesture. the location is central and close to many sights and restaurants to explore. the room had a lovely view of the city at night.

The noise coming from the street was unbearable at night when trying to sleep. Unfortunately, the walls were thin, and it felt like I was sleeping outside on the street.

The hotel had a great location, close to the historical center and local bars. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a romantic atmosphere with roof windows. We loved the breakfast, which was served in a calm small location just a few steps from the hotel. the hotel's cleanliness, facilities, and transportation options were excellent.

Nicely decorated room with two balconies. Netflix app available on the TV. Great location. Manager is friendly, responsible, and open to suggestions. Close to Bratislava castle.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the city. The location is perfect, situated on a quiet dead end street but still very conveniently situated in terms of the city centre. The staff are friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. The rooms are basic but comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. And the best part is the breakfast, which is not only delicious but also incredibly affordable.

No major issues, everything was just fine.

Breakfast was a feast of expired dairy products, and the staff was too busy checking their phones to acknowledge me. Amazingly slow Wi-Fi, but at least I had a great view of the dirty walls and broken radiator.
