the room was very comfortable with a French balcony overlooking the river. Despite some noise, the hotel had a well-functioning air conditioning system. the breakfast selection was fantastic, offering a variety of hot and cold food. the staff were helpful, polite, and always had a smile on their face. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

We loved the location of the hotel, right by the river. It was so convenient to walk to the Eurovea shopping centre and explore the nearby cafes and restaurants in the Old Town. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the river. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed the pool and spa facilities, perfect for a relaxing stay. the hotel had all the necessary amenities and a fantastic location.

I had an amazing stay here. The hotel was located right by the river and within walking distance to all the main attractions. The room was spacious and clean. There was even a balcony with a view of the river. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially with room service and car hire. I also loved the indoor pool and spa area. My Xmas stay was delightful! the complementary hot chocolate & gingerbread cookies in the lobby were a warm welcome. the location was key, just steps away from a scenic river and a short walk to popular tourist attractions and restaurants. the staff was friendly and attentive, making sure I had a great holiday experience.

the highlight of my stay was the excellent SPA facilities, including two saunas, a relaxation room, and a great pool with a counter current stream of water. I found the staff to be exceptionally friendly, and the rooms, although small, were clean and comfortable. it was a great experience and I can't wait to go back again in March.
