I stayed at the hotel to visit a terminally ill relative nearby. the hotel was clean, with a good breakfast offering and a lovely pool area. the staff, especially a helpful front desk clerk, were outstanding. the location was convenient and the amenities, like the pool and outdoor sitting areas, were very nice. the entire property had a fresh feel without any stale odors. The caring staff made a difficult trip more comfortable. Cons: Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites - the Villages provided a great location near I-75 and pet-friendly accommodations. the pool and outdoor sitting areas were enjoyable, with a clean room and hotel overall. the staff was friendly, with a special mention to the helpful front desk clerk. the amenities and cleanliness added comfort to the stay, offering good value for the money.

Stayed at the hotel over xmas. Loved the new, spacious, and clean rooms , made me feel cozy and relaxed. Super close to I, 75 and the Villages, so location was spot, on for exploring. the pet, friendly policy was a big plus; my furry friends felt right at home. the staff was always friendly and the yummy breakfast with pancakes was a delightful treat each morning!

Housekeeping was lacking the first two nights, leaving wet towels and not cleaning well. Experienced water shut off for repairs for hours, inconvenient and frustrating.
