The location of this hotel is perfect if you're interested in hiking or enjoying the beautiful nature nearby. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, even assisting us in finding another room when ours was not acceptable. The hotel facilities, especially the wellness center, were amazing and included in the cost of the room. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices and the food was delicious.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and comfortable apartment at Hotel Fis. They even provided a towel and water for our dog, which was a thoughtful gesture. The restaurant offered a delicious summer menu with tasty Thai cuisine options. The reception personnel were incredibly kind and helpful. We highly recommend trying out the new terrace on the 1st floor.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! the value for money is exceptional. The prices were so reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and high level of service provided. Secondly, the location is perfect. Situated at the edge of a peaceful forest, it's a pedestrian zone with no traffic, allowing for a truly relaxing atmosphere. Lastly, the rooms were fantastic. I loved having two separate small beds with a good quality extra bed, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. And the breakfast. oh, the breakfast! The coffee was absolutely divine, the perfect way to start the day!

Additionally, guests have free access to the surrounding area, allowing them to explore the beautiful nature and hike up to Rysy mountain. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff provides excellent service. The breakfast is tasty and offers a wide range of options. Some rooms also offer picturesque views of the surrounding scenery.

The check-in process can be lengthy, especially if additional documents are required from all guests.

the staff were kind, professional, and eco-friendly. The hotel's location in the forest was beautiful, with mountain peaks in every direction. The breakfast was substantial and the WiFi worked well. The wellness and fitness facilities were a plus, with a large sports hall and saunas.

Lack of hangers for drying clothes.

We had a fantastic stay at Fis. The hotel is nestled in a beautiful environment, surrounded by high mountain peaks and forests at an altitude of ~1400m above sea level. The location was perfect for mountain walking tours, with the chairlift conveniently stopping right in front of the hotel. We were able to easily access the Predne Solisko peak from the chairlift at 1840m altitude. We also enjoyed the nearby Tatras Tower and indulged in the excellent beer, Tatra Tea, and home-made herbal teas. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was substantial and delicious. We also appreciated the free parking and reliable Wi-Fi during our stay. The fresh air and soothing sound of the nearby creek made for a peaceful and restful experience.

The gym and spa facilities were inclusive and worth taking advantage of. A central location, close to the mountain views, made for easy access to popular tourist sites. Good breakfast choices.

Old and outdated furniture led to an uncomfortable stay. There were cleanliness issues throughout the room, specifically in the corners and on the windows.
