Staff incredibly nice, helpful, and amazing. Provided starting cables for dead battery in car with enthusiasm and a smile. Clean, spacious, and new place. Great value for money restaurant with family atmosphere and child's play corner. Beautifully decorated rooms and restaurant. Wonderful place for a family to stay.

The Christmas season was cheerful. The decorations were adorned with hundreds of lights that created a festive atmosphere. The room was comfortable, and the bed provided us with good sleep. We loved that the hotel had a restaurant that served delicious local food at affordable prices. The hotel's location was great; it was easy to explore the town and go on hikes in the mountains.

The staff did not seem to be in the Christmas spirit. They were not very helpful, and they did not greet us when we arrived. We had to wait a while before they checked us in, which was frustrating. Also, the room was not cleaned during our stay, and we had to ask for fresh towels. our experience was okay, but the lack of hospitality was a bit disappointing.

Nice, modern, comfortable, secure apartment. Good facilities, reserved parking, close to lifts. Helpful and polite staff. Clean and nicely decorated. Private and undisturbed.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of a beautiful mountain town. The rooms are modern with excellent amenities, including an excellently equipped bathroom. The location is perfect, right in the center of town, making it easy to explore and plan walks in the mountains. The traditionally decorated restaurant offers delicious meals at affordable prices, and the staff is quick to help out with any inquiries or recommendations.
