I always stay at this hotel when I'm in town and it never disappoints. The service here is excellent, with friendly staff who go above and beyond to meet my needs. The spa facilities are top-notch, and I love unwinding in the outdoor hot pool and enjoying the various treatments available. The breakfasts and dinners are delicious, and the bar/restaurant staff are always accommodating. The highlight of my stay was definitely the cryotherapy session - it was an incredible experience.

Located near an industrial center and close to skiing places, Aquacity Mountain View in Poprad is a convenient choice for a bigger group of friends looking for a fun-filled getaway. Guests can enjoy spacious rooms with comfortable beds and even his and her robes. The hotel also offers separate monitored parking for added security. In terms of amenities, the pools are a highlight, with a laser light show in the evenings. Additionally, the wellness area provides a relaxing steam area and hot pools, as well as an ice room for a unique experience.

While the hotel offers great facilities and comfortable rooms, there have been a few instances of poor service reported.

This spa hotel offers a comfortable room with a stunning view of the mountains. the free transfer from the airport was a great perk, as well as the affordable mini-bar. the ski resort is just a short drive away and the hotel staff arranged for a private driver there at a low cost. the Wellness Spa complex was a great experience with its saunas, steam rooms and a spa pool with jets.

The absence of wi-fi in the rooms was inconvenient.

For the price we paid, we got great value. The room was spacious and the view of the mountains was stunning. The location was convenient, close to the train station and perfect for hiking in the High Tatras. The staff treated us with kindness and were always available to assist.
