We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the historic center. The location was superbly central, allowing us to easily walk everywhere in the city. We were able to visit the xmas market, local shops, cafes, and restaurants all within a short distance. The castle and other main attractions were also close by. The hotel facilities were luxurious and provided us with a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating, ensuring that we had a pleasant experience. Additionally, the breakfast offered a good variety and we were able to enjoy it either indoors or in the outdoor area.

Our family room at Allegro was worth every penny with its spacious layout, two bathrooms, and charming rustic decor. The staff went above and beyond in assisting us with our luggage and providing helpful information about bus schedules. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to everything we needed and the bar and breakfast were delightful. I must mention how exceptional Andres at the front desk was, his recommendations and conversations made our stay truly memorable.

The breakfast option could be improved by addressing the cleanliness of the tables and tablecloths.

It's in a pedestrianized area and very close to lots of excellent bars and restaurants, just a short walk from the river. The staff here are really friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to address any questions or concerns that I had. The service here is top-notch, from the room service to the housekeeping. The room amenities are great too, with ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning. The sitting area is comfortable and the terrace is a nice touch. The rooms are soundproofed, which was a plus for me as I'm a light sleeper. The garden furniture was a nice touch. The free toiletries and electric kettle in the room were a nice touch as well. The flat-screen TV was a nice addition.

During my Easter stay, I was pleased with two aspects of the hotel. the location was ideal as it allowed me to easily explore the charming old part of the city. Additionally, being close to the river and various cafes and restaurants was a definite advantage. the hotel's vicinity to these amenities made it convenient and enjoyable to experience the local culture and cuisine.

On the other hand, one aspect of the hotel that I found disappointing was the lack of an elevator. This can be quite inconvenient, especially if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues.
