We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the city within walking distance of all the attractions. The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any request. The service provided by every single staff member, from the manager to the room service, was top-notch. The room itself was beautiful and well-appointed, with all the amenities we could ask for, including a mini-bar and a sitting area. The hotel also offers a welcome drink upon arrival, which was a nice touch.

We highly recommend this place. The hotel's central location, combined with the exceptional service and comfortable rooms, made our stay truly enjoyable.

It was a short walk to the Old Town, making it easy to explore this beautiful city. The breakfast options were wide-ranging and delicious, providing a great start to the day. But what truly made this hotel stand out were the staff. From the pre-arrival communication to the warm welcome upon arrival, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home. They were incredibly helpful and friendly, offering recommendations and ensuring that I had everything I needed. The level of service felt personal and genuine, adding an extra layer of joy to my time in this city.

During my recent Christmas stay at this hotel, I loved the fact that they offered a free mini bar in the room. It was such a pleasant surprise to have a variety of beverages available without any additional cost. Additionally, the location of the hotel was fantastic. It was conveniently situated close to the city center, making it easy to explore the surrounding area and visit all the attractions. Another advantage that I enjoyed was the spaciousness of the room. It provided ample space for relaxation and made my stay comfortable.

There were a few things that I disliked about the hotel. the lighting in the room was quite dim in certain areas, which made it difficult to read or work comfortably.

The hotel had excellent recommendations for restaurants, which made our dining experience enjoyable. Additionally, the room was lovely and spacious, with great amenities. Furthermore, the hotel's location was convenient, being close to the main attractions but also far enough to avoid any issues.

There was some construction noise due to ongoing work outside the room, which affected the overall peacefulness. Additionally, the lights in the front of the room didn't work, even though we reported it multiple times and it was promised to be fixed.

I felt safe throughout my stay and would definitely return.
