If you're flying in or out of Haneda, this hotel is a gem! The shuttle was timely, taking us to and from the airport with ease. Just a 5-minute stroll to the train station connects you to vibrant Tokyo. The room was spacious with massive, comfortable beds. A true value that exceeded expectations.

the breakfast served was embarrassingly limited for vegetarians, and the shuttles had convenient timings, but only if you enjoyed a bit of a wait. I woudl ve been delighted with an upgrade for my troubles, instead of being treated like an average guest. almost gave a good review, but just couldn't, unfortunately.

Had a great group vacation with friends! The hotel was super convenient to shops and the airport. We took the shuttle service a few times, which was excellent. We explored Akihabara Electric Town and the Tatsumi International Swimming Center. The staff were friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfy.

The hotel bus pick up from terminal 3 was a bit sparse, which forced us to take a taxi sometimes. A reasonable tip is needed for the taxi.

We had a fun stopover with my wife and 5 kids, close to both the airport and a nearby train station for exploring Tokyo. We visited Akihabara Electric Town, and it was a blast soaking up the vibrant atmosphere and cool shops.

My kids wished the room were a bit bigger for our clan of seven. A few more amenities for family activities would be great.

this hotel is super close to the airport which is amazing! the free shuttle is a lifesaver and runs pretty often. my room was nice and spacious and the breakfast was surprisingly good, with a decent variety. the lobby has a chill vibe with a cozy coffee nook, perfect for relaxing. super convenient for a short stay in tokyo!

the front desk staff could be a bit friendlier, and the breakfast area gets really crowded in the mornings. also, the shuttle bus timing isn't great late at night.
