Relaxing island setting, stunning English-style gardens, friendly and helpful staff, spacious and beautifully decorated suite with enormous bathroom, good dinner and breakfast.

The breakfast was diverse and delicious. The rooms were spacious with large TVs. The staff was attentive and the surroundings were beautiful. Worth the price.

The hotel had nice decorations for Christmas and offered a complimentary mulled wine upon arrival. the location was in a scenic area near a river and there was a good restaurant on site.

The staff were not very welcoming and seemed disinterested in assisting with any requests. the room was small and lacked basic amenities like enough towels and toiletries.

Hotel Grad Otocec is a unique and enchanting retreat, located on a small island in the middle of the picturesque river Krka. The setting is truly breathtaking, surrounded by lush green landscapes and an abundance of wildlife, creating a fairy tale-like atmosphere. The castle itself is a marvel of architecture, providing a priceless experience of staying in an old, beautifully restored castle. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, offering all the amenities one would expect from a luxury hotel. The service is top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast is varied and delicious, satisfying all culinary preferences. Additionally, guests can enjoy facilities such as a golf course and a charming riverside terrace.

Some older generation waiters did not provide the best service, lacking the proper attitude and skills to cater to guests' needs.

We got great value for our money with a spacious and lovely two bedroom apartment instead of just a suite. The location and property were stunning, staying in a beautifully restored castle. The staff treated us excellently, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Food for breakfast could be improved with more variety and options.
