The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our late arrival and made us feel welcomed. Our room was beautifully presented and impeccably clean. The breakfast was delicious, and we were even able to have it before heading out. The location was perfect for visiting nearby attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, comfortable rooms, and great food.

We had a fantastic time at this cozy and traditional hotel. the breakfasts were excellent, and the staff in the breakfast area were cheerful and welcoming. the location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to fantastic ridge walking and stunning countryside views. the proximity to the train station made it convenient to explore the town and the bar in the hotel was welcoming and comfortable. the bar staff were attentive and served us drinks while we enjoyed a public guest room all to ourselves. it was a warm and friendly experience.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the surrounding area, especially the nearby hills. We were particularly impressed with our spacious and clean room on the top floor, which offered a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. the comfortable bed and quality linen provided a great night's sleep. we enjoyed the eco-friendly touch of having filtered water and biscuits in the room.

The lamps and glasses in our room were quite dusty, which detracted from the overall cleanliness. the television in the room was also on the smaller side, making it less enjoyable to watch.

the suite we stayed in was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a recently refurbished bathroom. Although the furniture and carpet were a bit dated, it didn't take away from the overall comfort of the room. the staff, especially Matt the duty manager, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They were friendly, helpful, and always available. We would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again if we find ourselves in Worcestershire.

I had a wonderful stay at this country-style hotel at the foot of the beautiful Malvern Hills. the staff were welcoming and our room, although on the small side, was well-appointed with a shower. the food in the restaurant was nicely presented and the service was personal. We also enjoyed a meal in the bar, which was more affordable. the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to Malvern, Worcester, Ledbury, and Hereford via the nearby train station.
