The hotel was comfortable and spacious, with a cosy bed and nice room. The receptionist was helpful and prompt. The food, especially the Slovenian dinner, was delicious. The location provided stunning views of the Julian Alps.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel located in a natural and peaceful environment. Our room had a beautiful view of the mountains, creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The room was clean and spacious, providing ample space for our family with children. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to suit everyone's taste. Additionally, the hotel had excellent facilities, including two pools, where we could unwind and enjoy our time together as a family.

We found the entertainment options for both kids and adults to be lacking.

The hotel had a good breakfast selection and was located in a beautiful area with stunning views of the mountains. the staff was helpful and friendly, offering assistance whenever needed. A nice bonus was the free shuttle service to nearby attractions.

The room was quite outdated with old-fashioned decor and furniture. the bathroom was small and in need of renovation.

Delicious food , empty and comfy spa, warm and cold pool, fantastic location for local trips, friendly staff. Stunning views, spacious pool area. Lots to do in the surrounding area. Kind staff, beautiful surroundings, great breakfast and dinner options. Gym and room service available. Activities kept us busy, didn't have time for massages. Suitable for a 3-star hotel. Decent dining facilities, clean and warm pool. Only suggestion is to make both pools warm.
