Stayed here for Christmas in a lovely part of Europe, near the Austrian border. Enjoyed the stunning views of the Alps from my balcony. The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel like family. Plus, the food was amazing and included a delicious breakfast.

There was no air conditioning in the room, which made sleeping a bit difficult due to the summer heat. And the towel heater in the bathroom was shut off, which made drying my wet clothes after getting caught in the rain impossible.
