Room was a bit expensive for the size and the bathroom/shower area was tiny. The air conditioning in the room was not very effective, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.

Staying here was a fantastic experience! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the pedestrian zone, near the river. The hotel welcomed me with a nice wine on the terrace so I could take in the beautiful surroundings. The service was great, especially the room service and the bell staff. The room was soundproofed and had amazing amenities, such as a sitting area and an in-room safe. The continental breakfast was delicious, and the dining restaurant and bar area were perfect for a relaxing evening. The rooftop pool provided stunning views while enjoying a full body massage. Cons: I highly recommend this place to everyone!

The beds were incredibly comfortable with nice sheets, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. The location couldn't have been better, situated near the river and old town, making it easy to explore the city's main attractions. One of the best aspects was the helpful and friendly staff who provided valuable information about places to visit and eat, enhancing our overall experience.

The breakfast staff seemed inattentive to guests' needs and were slow in replenishing the buffet, causing some delays in getting the desired food options. Finding parking was a bit complicated as the hotel is located in a pedestrian zone, which required us to seek alternative options that were not initially recommended by the reception staff.
