The staff at this lakeside mansion were friendly and accommodating. Enjoy the free rowboats and explore the gorgeous grounds surrounding this historic building, before retiring to the classy restaurant for a delicious meal or hearty breakfast. With comfortable, gorgeously-decorated rooms, excellent Wi-Fi and beautiful views of the lake and castle, you'll feel like royalty at this peaceful retreat.

Located right by the lake with a view of the island and the church, this hotel is a perfect spot for peaceful relaxation. Spacious, lakeview suites are updated, modern and very luxurious. The staff members are friendly and accommodating, making the stay very comfortable. The spa facilities are a nice addition to the experience.

The restaurant service could be improved, especially during the dinner time.

The location of this hotel is absolutely breathtaking. It offers the most beautiful views of the nearby island, and it is probably the closest hotel to the island itself. The surroundings are stunning, with a lake right at your doorstep. The architecture and design of this place are unique and full of history, giving it a special charm. The staff here were very friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The hotel also provides free boots, so you can easily visit the island and explore the lake.

I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends. I cannot think of any negative aspects to mention.

We had an amazing stay here, right on the lake. The gardens are huge and provide a peaceful escape from the crowds. The room amenities were great, with a terrace to sit out on and relax. The staff were extremely professional and have clearly been trained in excellent customer service, making us feel right at home. The restaurant here was fantastic too, serving a variety of dishes from a special diet menu to packed lunches for our day trips. They even made a reservation for us at another restaurant nearby that we wanted to try, which was very helpful.

The hotel's minimalist style is inspiring. Spacious and comfortable suite with amazing views. Excellent quality food and wine. Friendly staff. Nice bonus of complimentary row boat use.

Stunning Location and Peaceful Ambiance

I loved the secluded location and peaceful surroundings of this hotel. Being able to use the private beach and rowing boats was such a treat, and the lake views from the balcony were incredible. The staff were friendly and helpful. My only gripe was with the breakfast which could have been improved. I would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway.

The hotel we stayed at during our city break was absolutely amazing! the view overlooking the lake was breathtaking, and we loved waking up to it every morning. the room we stayed in was spacious, clean and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised with the complementary breakfast, which had a wide variety of delicious food to choose from. the location was also perfect, with plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from and easy access to the main attractions.

One thing we didn't particularly like was the distance to walk to the town center. It wasn't too far, but we did have to walk a bit to get there.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the small lift and the lack of towels reported at the front desk, these did not overshadow the overall amazing experience. I would highly recommend Vila to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay. I have no doubt that I will be returning to this remarkable hotel in the future.
