The hotel dazzled with its stunning views of the vineyards and exceptional attention to detail throughout the beautifully renovated monastery. Dining under the stars in the courtyard was unforgettable, and the spa's unique scented showers were a refreshing treat after a long day of exploring.

While the Michelin-star restaurant offered remarkable dishes, we found some meals slightly lacking compared to other fine dining experiences. On one occasion, the service experience wasn't quite as polished, leading to longer waits than expected.

The butlers were flipping awesome, fetching us whatever we needed, like snacks and velvety wine. The breakfast was a real treat, with fresh pastries that I couldn't resist. Also, that sunset view from the courtyard was beyond words, pure magic!

Just a tiny thing, the WiFi was a bit slow at times, but we managed to enjoy the stay anyway.

The estate offers children's bikes and great board games, perfect for keeping our three kids entertained. We also enjoyed delightful meals at the bar and discovered beautiful walking paths around the place. The staff was knowledgeable, recommending excellent wines.

This place suits me perfectly with excellent amenities like the indoor swimming pool, 24-hour reception, and relaxing spa treatments. On my first stay, the staff helped return my forgotten jewelry, a memory I cherish. Highly recommend the winery excursions! I’m coming back for a weekend.
