We had a great stay at this luxurious hotel! We loved how it was conveniently located right on the tram line, making it easy for us to explore the city. The hotel was also close to the center of Murcia, which was a big plus for us. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. We had a great night's sleep thanks to the comfortable bed and the room's cool temperature. The staff was exceptional, always ready to assist us with any special requests and ensuring our work meetings went smoothly. We also appreciated the delicious breakfast options, especially the gluten-free choices!

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed throughout our visit. The parking facilities were secure and convenient, providing peace of mind for our vehicle. The modern amenities in the room, such as the complimentary mini-bar and spacious bathroom, added to our comfort. We also appreciated the complimentary coffee and pastries available during the day. The hotel's location, although a bit far from the city center, was easily accessible with a bus stop right outside.

The pool area was nice, but not worth the price we paid during Easter weekend. the location was convenient, as we were able to easily walk to nearby restaurants and shops.

The beds were uncomfortable and the rooms were much smaller than expected. the breakfast was overpriced and not very good.

The room was great and the bathroom was amazing. We liked the detail of receiving 2 welcoming bottles of water. The staff were friendly and polite.

The decor was dated, furniture old, and in need of replacement. The corridors and rooms smelt bad.

It was so convenient to be able to grab any essentials I needed and explore the city easily. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and provided enhanced comfort. The rooms were spacious, and I loved that they were serviced every day. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked perfectly, keeping the room cool and refreshing. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. They were always available to assist with any questions I had and their level of service was exceptional.
