Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Helpful with dining and sightseeing. Loaned sledges. Will return when in Sweden. Beautiful, clean hotel. Transported to the 1900s. Fascinating interior. Great location near attractions, with plenty of charging outlets in rooms. Beds were comfortable and the hotel had a beautiful, unique atmosphere.

Old building had limited ventilation, causing funky smells and stains on carpets. Mold and stains on pillows made for an unpleasant sleeping experience. Inferior rooms for the price, with poor customer service upon arrival.

The hotel is conveniently located near the bus stop, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The rooms are comfortable, with some of the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept on. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, providing helpful tips and lending equipment for activities in the city.

The bathroom had some issues, with water flooding the floor during showers.
