As an Ambassador Bonvoy member, I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a two-level suite. The room was spacious, well-appointed, and had breathtaking views of the Duke's house. The hotel's bar and dining options were equally impressive, offering a great selection of drinks and delicious food. The attention to detail and overall level of service made this a truly memorable and pampering experience.

The only drawback of my stay at Santo Mauro, A Luxury Collection Hotel was the length - I wish I could have stayed longer to continue enjoying the beauty, splendor, and impeccable service offered. But this only speaks to how wonderful the experience was!

During my Christmas stay, the hotel provided excellent service and the rooms were well-maintained. the location was also very convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. Additionally, one of the best aspects was the delicious breakfast offered, with a variety of options to choose from.

I found the prices of the food in the garden restaurant to be quite high, which was a downside. Another negative aspect was the quality of the pillows, as they were lumpy and provided no support.
