Stayed for Thanksgiving with family. The kids enjoyed the spacious room, and the maintenance staff was attentive. The hotel is located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood, not far from the main tourists attractions. We loved the convenience store nearby, and the friendly staff at the hotel. Plus, the mattresses were firm and comfortable!

Despite being in a quieter area, it was still very convenient to explore the city as there was a metro station just a couple of minutes away. Plus, the hotel also had taxis stopping right outside, making it easy to get around.

We even had a kind staff member help us with our baby's pram up the stairs when the elevator was out of service. a wonderful experience at Acacia Suite.
